Hi - really good site you have created. I enjoyed reading this posting. I did want to issue a comment to tell you that the design of this site is very aesthetically delightful. I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a copy editor for a merchandising firm. I have always enjoyed working with information processing systems and am trying to learn computer code in my free time (which there is never enough of lol).

We seldom have to call technical support, but when i do We obtain a live people pretty much promptly, not some demeaning voice reply unit with 10 options to choose from that each route to the same location in any case. You can't beat obtaining rapid reaction to a telephone call for help. And also the tech folks really understand their information - you obtain something like a tier Two individual right away.it's simply no brainer.

@Markus I get your drift on where you were going there. I often think of my past and use it as a means to analyze where I am and where I want to get to. Where I struggel is balancing it all out. How do you guys balance things out?
